| Description: | Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) is seeking a JTRS AMF Acquisition Manager. The JTRS AMF Acquisition Manager will serve as an acquisition manager in support of the Airborne, Maritime and Fixed Station - Joint Tactical Radio System (AMF-JTRS) Program. |
| Duties: | The JTRS AMF Acquisition Manager will be familiar with the following technologies: Radios, Networks, Simulations, Information Processing, Software and Hardware. In addition, the successful candidate will be skilled in transitioning a product from a design concept to a production build environment. The JTRS AMF Acquisition Manager will act as the primary customer contact on AMF status and performance and interfaces regularly with JTRS JPEO, Deputy JPEO, and AMF PM counterpart. The JTRS AMF Acquisition Manager should be capable of anticipating and fulfilling customer needs to ensure Mission Assurance and continued business. |
| Qualifications: | Required Skills - Bachelor of Science (Major) in technical or management field.
- Minimum of 15 years experience leading multi-disciplined teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management and acquisition processes for execution of an ACAT I program(s)
- DAWIA Level III Certifications in Acquisition and/or Program Management
- Experience in development and production type contracts
- Familiarity with Radios and ancillary products, Networks, Simulation, Information Processing, Software and Hardware technologies
- Experience in working with commercial companies
- Strong understanding of various contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Material)
- Demonstrated communication/presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated team building and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of Mission Assurance objectives
- Experience with JTRS Government customer
Desired Skills - Master's Degree in Engineering or Business management
- Army Aviation and/or FCS background
- Highly effective leadership and change management skills
- Knowledgeable in Risk Management and application for leveraging process to proactively manage program
- Effective communication/presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Certified DoD Acquisition Professional
- Experienced in development, transition to production and full rate production environments
- Experience working with commercial suppliers
- Experience working in a competitive market
- Six Sigma Expert or equivalent
Security Requirements The successful candidate must possess or qualify for an active DoD security clearance. |
