IAI is seeking junior, mid-career and senior level Operations Research and Cost Analysts to conduct cost estimating and technical risk analysis in support of our Government customer programs.  Positions are located in the Washington DC Metro Area.  Candidate location preference will be taken into consideration.

Education:  Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math, Economics or related discipline.  Senior level candidates should possess a related advanced degree.  Candidates who have demonstrated an outstanding level of academic achievement are highly desired.

Required Skills:  Mid-career candidates must have a minimum 3 years experience developing cost estimates using a variety of techniques including statistical modeling, parametric analysis, engineering estimates, learning curve, risk analysis, and cost estimating relationships.  Must have experience developing comprehensive Excel-based cost models.  Good oral and written communication skills to document and present cost analyses, estimates, and studies in support of source selection and other procurements.

Desired Skills:  Familiarity with metrics development and earned value a plus.  Experience working within a DoD system program office highly desired.

Security Requirements: US Citizenship.  Mid-career and senior level career candidates must currently hold a TS clearance (TS/SCI preferred).  Junior candidates must be clearable to TS/SCI.
